Title Pre Requisites - NOW INCLUDES Test Credit!!
Description NOTE (Sept 2015): This report excludes pre-requisite information from Test Credit like AP. IITS is currently updating this report to display Test Credit in the future.

For a selected class roster, displays if students completed a chosen set of pre-requisite courses needed to successfully pass the course. This report needs to be run often since students can add and drop courses up through the add/drop period.

Intended Uses
The intended use of the Pre Requisite report is to provide prior class grade information about individual students based on an enrolled class number

Course The subject and catalog number of the prerequisite course
Emplid Emplid
Enrl Code The enrollment code. EN indicates class was taken on campus while TR indicates a transfer course
Grad Appl Status Whether the student has applied for graduation
Grad Term If the student has applied for graduation, the term in which graduation will occur
Grade The grade the student received in the prerequisite course
Name Student Name
Program-Plan-Subplan Student program, plan, and subplan
Taken The year and term the student was enrolled in the prerequisite course
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Select the Pre Requisites title link under the report details.

2. Enter the class number for the students you would like information

3. Enter the term and the course and subject numbers for grades that you would like to review

4. Click the View Report Button
