Description
This report will provide counts of individuals employed by Cal State San Marcos. Individuals employed in concurrent appointments will be counted once for each active appointment.

Intended Uses
Who is included in this report?
Faculty Headcount
Individuals with jobs where the position has a single payment or “immediate pay” are excluded from the report, in line with Chancellor's Office reporting. These job codes are often applied to EL faculty and substitutes.
Staff Headcount
Only staff who have active job records and are not included in the faculty or student counts are included in the staff counts.
Student Employee Headcount
For individuals to be included in the student counts they must be in positions that require enrollment. Any individuals who are in the student employee union codes but are in positions that do not require enrollment are therefore excluded from these counts.
